NARCOMS Now is a quarterly publication of the North American Research Committee on Multiple Sclerosis (NARCOMS). Their latest feature, titled “Never Truly Alone with MS,” is an in-depth profile piece on Nicole Apelian.
The feature details Nicole’s Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis and how she learned to thrive in spite of it.
“In a way getting diagnosed with MS was a blessing in that it changed my lifestyle and my psychology and provided me with a great deal of empathy,” Apelian says.
The article also explores Nicole’s time on History’s Alone show and how her MS played into that experience.
It is a 3-page profile, so remember to look for the “Continue Reading” button at the bottom of each page.
